A valid photo ID and credit card is required to enroll in Absolute Aesthetics & Wellness VIP Membership

Membership contracts are 6-month agreements and will auto-renew at the end of the initial term on a month-to-month basis

Membership fees will be charged to your credit card on the first (1st ) day or fifteenth (15th ) day of every month

Monthly complementary services cannot be banked or transferred and must be utilized within the month

All appointments are made on a first-come, First-serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your monthly complementary service in advance to ensure that you receive your preferred date, time and service provider

Memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers or packages, discount coupons, or gift certificates. If a promotional offer is greater than member reward, member will be granted promotional offer

To cancel your membership please provide Absolute Aesthetics Wellness 30-day written notice. If cancelled prior to the 6-month agreement, a one-time fee will be charged to the card on file in the amount of 3 months’ membership fee, or the remainder of the original contract term, whichever is lower
